TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RATES AND TAXES
The packages specified herein are presently exempted from existing applicable taxes. Should the Philippine government change the percentage of or impose new taxes that may be in lieu of or addition to the existing applicable taxes then such room and meal rates shall be adjusted accordingly. Any change in the applicable taxes shall be effective on the date of the effectivity of the law mandating the changes in taxes.


RESERVATIONS
All reservations are subject availability and written confirmation by the Resort or acceptance and confirmation through payment of the booking order by the guest.


OCCUPANCY
Confirmed rooms will be made available on the day of the arrival. Official check-in time is at 1:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. However late check-out time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the contracted rate. This policy shall be subject to space availability. A fifty (50%) percent deposit is required upon confirmation of booking and fifty percent (50%) full payment one week prior to your arrival at the resort.

Other incidental charges not included in the package shall be settled before check out.

The Resort has the right to cancel the booking / reservation if the date or deadline for down payment has lapsed.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 7-14 days before check in date – 30% refund
  • 1-6 days before check in date – 50% refund
  • Check in date no show/ shortened stay – No refund

However, cancellation made due to typhoons, calamities and other acts of God or civil unrest/ war shall not bear any penalty. The tour will be rescheduled subject to the availability of both parties.

Puerto Nirvana Beach Resort shall not be held liable for any incident that may befall to the participants or to the third Party due to the negligence of the participants including force Majeure or incident beyond the control of Puerto Nirvana Beach Resort.
